Sophie's very first time in a big girl swing. She loved it she giggled,smiled, and clapped her hands and then almost went to sleep while swinging.

One More for Today

6 Months Old

Sophie is officially 6 months old. This morning she was playing like a wild woman in her crib and rocking chair. Sophie also loves to bare the skin as you can tell! Then in true Sophie fashion, she crashed out for a morning snooze.

Almost 1/2 Year Old!!

We can't hardly believe Sophie will be 6 months old on the 21st. She is really making progress in her development over the last week. She is very aware of her surroundings people and doggies entering and leaving the room. Mommy and Daddy leaving her side, she is starting to get stranger awareness. Sophie is also getting good at drinking from a sippy cup, she enjoys it but also get frustrated. She grabs at everything, don't be surprised if there are a few typos in this message, because Sophie is grabbing at the mouse and keyboard as I type. Sophie can roll from belly to back and then back over to her belly, we have found her off the rug and on the hardwood floor. She is bound to have a tough head!

Happy New Year!!

We spent the last few days in Taylorsville. We met up with some of my friends that I have known all my life, most of which are having children as well. Sophie hung out with some of her friends young and old Saige, Mae, Carly, Jenna, Pam, Barbara, and of course Grammy and Grampy. Here are are some photos of the little girls all together.
